Our aim is to live a life of happiness, contentment and health through ancient yogic practices which bring about awareness, clarity and creativity in life. Problems on physical and mental level are automatically taken care of as one starts experiencing ‘Yog’ (experiencing union). Our aim is to raise consciousness and awareness of many.

Our experience with students is great. They find themselves less-stressed, more healthy and happy more over gain flexibility and strength. Different yogic practices like asana helps to gain physical fitness, practices like Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yogic Relaxation and Meditation help create mental and spiritual harmony.   • Our daily sessions are in the form of Asana (Postures), Suryanamaskara (SunSalutation), Relaxation or Meditation, Pranayama. The session begins and ends with prayers. Each session shall last for one hour. There are different age people but all of them are equal in this inner journey. For daily yoga sadhakas Divyayog conducts Outdoor Yoga Activity / Meditation session at least once in a month. Outdoor activity helps to make a family which is working towards individual and group health and well being.

  • Yoga is a preventive science which is really the best therapy for all physical and mental diseases. No doubt yoga also works as boon to many physical illnesses some acute and chronic as well. Certain psycho-somatic disease cannot be exactly diagnosed but can find yoga working on them effectively improving upon health of the patients. Worldwide yoga research is done on yogic practices and experimented on patients these have resulted into healthy body and mind. Divyayog also helps you to find relief to physical and mental practices through yoga. It has been experience with sadhakas that they find not only relief but extended practice also strengthens them and builds strong system to handle, cope or prevent problems.  Above all yogic practices also create harmony in whole personality keeping body and mind sound.   • All that is expected from an individual is awareness towards teaching and himself/herself, it doesn’t matter what age you are at or how old or new you are in yoga. We also conduct individual Yoga Therapy sessions when one works of physical problems faced. We need willingness of the student with open heart to learn this knowledge and in an experienced manner to find integrity of body and mind. Each session shall last 60min. Many of individual clients have experienced grate change in themselves after extended practice of yoga on one to one basis

We shall offer society with a Free Introductory Yoga Session to know what yoga is and what Divyayog offers in the form of yogic practices. Our qualified and experienced, yoga teacher shall be at your premises to share this ancient wisdom as per the time and days decided. Through his activity we extend our hand to help you find positive, healthy and happy environment. Our class package duration is from three months to one year.
